Completed private wine cellar demonstrating full-service collection care

  • OWC works through the cellar bottle by bottle, confirms producer, cuvée, vintage and format, reconciles quantities and assigns a precise physical location. We organize the room around the way you collect and drink, create discreet rack labels, and build a digital catalog that can be maintained from a phone or computer. You finish with accurate data and a cellar in which any bottle can be found immediately.

  • Understand what the collection is worth before deciding what to keep, insure, gift or sell. OWC reviews producer, vintage, format, provenance and current market demand, then builds a realistic valuation—not an inflated retail estimate. When liquidation makes sense, we compare auction, private-sale and trade options, prepare the inventory, coordinate logistics and advocate for the structure most likely to protect your net proceeds.

  • A cellar move is an inventory project, a logistics project and a risk-management project at the same time. OWC creates a verified pre-move inventory, plans packing by location, coordinates climate-controlled transportation and storage, and reconciles every case on arrival. We then rebuild the organization in the new cellar so bottle locations, labels and digital records agree from day one.

  • A collection changes every time wine is purchased, opened, moved or sold. OWC can maintain the catalog, integrate new allocations, update locations, review drinking windows, identify gaps and redundancies, and provide independent guidance before major acquisitions or sales. The result is a collection that stays accurate and useful without making cellar administration another job for the collector.
